Shipping Options:

Standard Shipping: $4.95 Shipping & Handling plus $0.50 per additional item ordered, Shipped USPS Media Mail, allow 7-10 business days for most domestic destinations.

Rush Delivery: $6.95 Shipping & Handling plus $1 per additional item ordered, Shipped USPS Priority Mail, allow 2-3 business days for most domestic destinations.

 

Two-Day Shipping: Shipped UPS 2nd Day Air.

 

Overnight Shipping: Shipped UPS Next Day Air.

 

NOTE: All orders received will begin processing the following business day.

 

Order Cut-Off Times:

Our online store is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Processing of credit card orders is cut off at 1 PM Eastern Time.

Order Turn-Around:

Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours on business days only (Monday through Friday) excluding federal holidays within the United States. Upon placing your order, an electronic receipt containing your order number will be emailed to you. If you do not receive an email within 24 hours of placing your order please click here.

Tracking Your Package:

When you select Overnight or Two-Day Shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation email supplying your tracking number with instructions to track it. To track your package click here.

 

Lost packages:

If your order does not arrive by the estimated standard delivery time, it may be lost. If you cannot locate the package and it is not being returned as undeliverable, please feel free to contact us. For orders shipped via a trackable method (such as UPS), we will request a driver follow-up. If the package is still lost after 8 business days, you will receive a refund or re-shipment of the order. We cannot place claims on shipments that are more than 30 days old. If your package does not arrive within the specified delivery time, contact us ASAP to ensure the claim is placed with the 30-day time limit.

Avoid Delays:

Avoid delays by providing the correct billing address for packages being delivered to a different location. If the billing address does not match the address your bank has on file, a follow-up email will be sent to you requesting the accurate information.

TIPS!

If you have moved in the last year we recommend contacting your issuing bank to ask what they have on file for your online billing address verification. Make sure the name and billing address given for the credit card matches the credit cardholder's name and address exactly as it appears on the credit card account.

Also, some banks do not subscribe to address verification. This problem gives us an "Address Match Unavailable". We are unable to process orders submitted with credit cards issued by these banks. A faxed signature or money order is acceptable in this case. Please contact us if your bank does not subscribe to address verification.

Privacy:

We will not use or sell your personal information and do not e-mail spam. Our information collection and use policies with respect to the privacy of such personal information are set forth in the Online Store's Privacy Policy which is incorporated herein by reference for all purposes.

Return Policy:

Please call us at 1-800-619-8207 during normal business hours for return authorization prior to returning any merchandise. Merchandise must be returned in sellable condition in order to receive full credit. Full credit will be issued for unopened merchandise returned within 15 days of your receipt of the merchandise shipment. In any event, merchandise returns cannot be accepted after 30 days.

Damaged Shipments:

We make every effort to safely secure and ship all packages, but we understand that sometimes merchandise can be damaged during the shipping process. Merchandise damaged during shipping should be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. We will contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and box. We will then issue you Online Store credit for the amount of any confirmed damaged merchandise.

Back Orders:

We regularly stock every item we carry. Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we carry, occasionally we may run out of certain products. In this event, we will give you an estimated time of availability and give you the choice of canceling the out-of-stock product(s), holding off shipment of your entire order until the product is available, or receiving a partial shipment of the in-stock product(s) first and the out-of-stock product(s) when they are available. No additional shipping charges will be incurred by the customer for these partial shipments.
